Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership, or if you wish to cancel your purchase for other reasons, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days. This is possible without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days on the day on which the membership is signed.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by e-mail). You can use the Model withdrawal form (opens in a new tab, only available in Dutch) for this, but the use of this form is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the future of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has started.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. We will refund you via the same payment method with the transaction, unless you have expressly entered a different arrangement. No additional fees will be charged for refunds.
